We are searching for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are fluent in Portuguese and have a keen interest in providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will connect with our Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Your work will be vital in creating positive experiences for our customers, helping them feel valued and supported throughout their journey with our brand. Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Prior experience in customer service or loyalty management is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting loyalty.
