We are looking for dedicated individuals who are fluent in Swedish and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will interact with our Swedish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction with our brand. Your contributions will be crucial in creating positive customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships that strengthen our community. Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in customer service or client management is preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
