How You Will Make History Here… Team‑up with our Site Technical Leader, the Maintenance Reliability Sr Analyst/Specialist will own and execute the site’s Asset Care and Reliability pillar using Operational Excellence methodology. This person needs a strong technical background, continuous improvement mindset, expertise in asset care strategies, component failure analysis, and experience with CMMS and budget tools (preferably SAP). role will support and coach our 90‑day plan process across the Maintenance department, building strategy to create and sustain reliability and budgetary gains with a top‑loss approach and drive execution of the site’s 3‑year reliability roadmap.
What You Will Do…
30% – Execute the Maintenance department’s 90‑day plan using ACR methodology, reliability data, coaching, and results tracking.
20% – Develop a competent and efficient Maintenance Department workforce, ensuring personnel have the necessary training, tools, supplies, and materials.
30% – Strategic Planning – Develop, recommend, and review long‑term strategies for expense and capital initiatives relating to the maintenance department and plant operation.
20% – Drive and own the failure analysis process across the maintenance department.
Who You Will Work With… Aseptic, Maintenance, Utilities team, Quality, Operations.
What You Bring To The Table…
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of technical experience within manufacturing.
It would be great to have…
Bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly preferred.
CMRP, PMP, or RCA certifications.
SAP CMMS, RCFA, ACR, OPEX, Microsoft Systems (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) experience.
Superior listening skills.
Process‑minded problem‑solving skills.
Experience in a plant production environment, preferably food processing or pharmaceutical.
Strong people and relationship management skills to lead others.
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Strong analytical skills.
Passion for introducing new techniques and technologies.
Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to work off‑shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation And Benefits The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is $72,600–$104,400. Individual base pay depends on location and other factors such as experience. Total pay may include additional compensation. We also offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
