Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar discipline
Experience in HR processes or HR operations roles
Experience with Success Factors system modules (e.g., Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to employee and HR inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Administer HR processes including talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and class administration
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
Participate in continuous improvement projects; propose solutions to enhance HR support delivery
