What you will do
Originate residential mortgages across purchase, refi, and investor scenarios using our Mortgage Marketplace and correspondent options
Structure loans using a wide product menu including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non QM, DSCR, and other investor solutions
Run your book of business like a P&L. Protect margin, improve pull through, and increase conversion by leading with options and advice
Build and deepen relationships with real estate agents, financial professionals, and referral partners
Use our technology stack, media tools, and content to stay in front of your database and attract inbound business
Work closely with operations and leadership to move files from application to clear to close with high communication standards

Correspondent channels that allow stronger pricing, more control over execution, and better long term strategy for key agents and customers

What we are looking for
Active NMLS license in at least 1 of these states: AZ, CA, CO, TX, OR
2+ years recent experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
Purchase focused production and a history of working closely with referral partners
Comfort with technology, CRM usage, and basic video or social as part of your outreach
Ownership mindset. You want to control your business, build your brand, and keep more of what you earn
Location
Phoenix, AZ based
Remote in other company licensed states, subject to licensing and production fit
