Analyst, Corporate Credit – DoubleLine
The Analyst, Corporate Credit role involves performing fundamental (bottom‑up) analysis on quasi‑sovereigns and corporate credits in Emerging Markets. The position includes analyzing credits across various industries, conducting due diligence, modeling and presenting investment ideas, monitoring credit performance, and assessing relative value based on risk versus return across portfolio strategies.
Job Functions
Conduct quasi‑sovereign and corporate credit research across a wide segment of industries in Emerging Markets.
Analyze company financial statements and corporate performance to produce actionable buy, sell, and hold recommendations for credits held in DoubleLine portfolios.
Prepare written research recommendations and reports.
Make oral presentations of credit analysis recommendations.
Communicate with government officials, corporate management, sell‑side analysts, and rating agencies.
Host and attend company presentations related to the analyst’s respective coverage.
Travel as required to attend Emerging Markets fixed‑income conferences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
CFA designation, progress towards CFA certification, or MBA preferred.
5+ years of credit analysis experience, preferably in Emerging Markets.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Outstanding initiative and a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Team‑oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.
Base Salary Range Estimated base salary range is
$125,000 – $150,000 . In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
