Insurance Sales Representative
to join our dynamic hybrid remote environment.
Bankers Life® is looking for future agents to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid remote setting. You will be trained at our office before transitioning to a hybrid remote role.
Responsibilities
Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs.
Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales.
Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base.
Compensation
This is a full‑time role. First‑year entry‑level agents average $40,000–$65,000.
All new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses in the first 4 weeks, totaling $1,000.
First‑year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales‑matching programs.
Experienced sales agents with over two years can earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses.
Career Support
Flexible work environment once you complete the new agent training period (usually 4‑12 weeks).
Set your own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, or in a hybrid capacity with branch leadership support.
Training is conducted in our office by successful field leaders. Bankers Life has been named a Training Apex Award Winner for 13 years and counting.
Pre‑licensing training is provided free of charge; candidates must pay for the state exam.
Multiple career tracks, including benefit‑eligible management positions within the local office structure.
Candidate Qualifications
No experience needed; we welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds.
