Responsibilities
Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs.
Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales.
Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base.
Compensation
Full‑time role; first‑year entry‑level agents average $40,000–$65,000.
All new agents eligible for $250 bonuses each week during the first four weeks, totaling $1,000.
First‑year agents can receive up to $19,000 in additional income through sales‑matching programs.
Experienced agents earning $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses after two+ years.
Career Support
Flexible work environment; training period typically 4–12 weeks.
Set your own hours and work in the field, onsite, or in a hybrid capacity per preference.
Training conducted in office by successful field leaders; Bankers Life named Training Apex Award Winner for 13 years.
Pre‑licensing training provided free of charge; agents must pay state exam.
