What Pricing Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Pricing Operations has a significant and direct impact on the customer experience and company financial performance by using sound judgement in decision making when operationalizing customer, manufacturer, and group purchasing contracts.

The Implementation Team within Medical Pricing Services is responsible for customer contract administration, as well as administering and reviewing pricing initiatives as deemed appropriate. This team is tasked with researching and problem-solving contract and eligibility issues while onboarding new Cardinal Health distribution customers and/or assisting customers with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) transitions and acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Develops and manages customer relationships within pricing and contract implementation process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align pricing with customers, onboarding, GPO transfers or disengages from Cardinal

Manage customer relationships throughout the pricing and contract implementation processes

Communicate updates and resolutions to stakeholders

Manage case plans, resources, and commitments to the customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

2-4 years of experience, preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer facing experience highly preferred

Strong organizational skills

The ability to effectively communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and customers

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word)

Customer service, problem solving, relationship building, and analytical skills required
