Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or practicing attorney) we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Comfortable using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Competitive compensation with a base pay range and rewards based on performance. Expected base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
