Recruitment Specialist – Golden Years Home Care
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. If you excel in communication, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for human resources, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities
Implement and administer HR programs and policies in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential candidates
Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with succession planning, talent acquisition, and performance management processes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Base Pay Range $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
