Join Our Team as an Admissions Advisor at PCI Health Training Center!
PCI Health Training Center has been preparing students for allied healthcare careers for over 34 years. We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Admissions Advisor to connect motivated students with the right program and guide them from inquiry to enrollment. Location & Schedule: 8101 John Carpenter Hwy, Dallas, TX 75247 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site) What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 years of admissions or sales experience (career college admissions strongly preferred) Skills: Proven ability to meet goals, close sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences Attitude: Confident, competitive, and motivated by results while maintaining student focus - Language: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Key Responsibilities:
Drive new student enrollment by effectively presenting PCI programs Manage leads through proactive follow-up calls, emails, and interviews Conduct admissions interviews that uncover student needs, goals, and motivations Guide students through the admissions process with urgency and professionalism Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining compliance Qualifications
2+ years of admissions or sales experience with measurable success Strong closing and consultative sales skills Ability to connect with diverse student populations -High School Diploma or equivalent required ( Associate Degree preferred) Why PCI?
