Our Collision Center is dedicated to quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Collision Estimator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and prepare detailed estimates for repair. Communicate repair processes, costs, and timelines to customers in a clear and professional manner. Work with insurance adjusters to resolve claims and ensure accuracy of estimates. Collaborate with the repair team to ensure all required repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications. Monitor the progress of repairs and update customers on their vehicle status. Ensure proper documentation of repair orders, parts requisitions, and work orders. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in collision estimating, automotive repair, or a similar role; leadership experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training or certifications preferred, e.g., I-CAR or ASE certification). Skills:
Proficient in collision estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead a team and manage workflows effectively. Knowledge of insurance processes and claims handling. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be willing to submit to pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
