Job Title
Service Specialist – Road Service (Work from Home)
Location Farmington, UT (4–6 hours drive from ..)

Every member of the Emergency Road Services group is essential to creating outstanding Member experiences by delivering help when people are stranded on the side of the road.
Employment Type & Schedule
Full‑time
24/7 shift coverage (weekends/holidays included)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets and others while coordinating service vehicles.
Use multiple applications and navigation tools (e.g., Google maps) simultaneously.
Deliver extraordinary customer service to Members and work with Vendors/Fleets to ensure service requests are processed timely and efficiently.
Assess Member safety, demonstrate empathy, problem‑solving and listening skills, and provide clear verbal and written communication.
Work a schedule that may include weekends/holidays and adhere to your assigned work hours.
Process Member/Vendor payments following company policy and procedures.
Work from home in a dedicated workspace free of distractions/noise with a desk, chair, etc., and a hardwired internet connection.
Requirements
Must live in Utah or Arizona.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus and may earn a pay differential.
Experience or ability to demonstrate strong customer‑service skills.
Reliable to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $23.16 per hour (plus performance‑based discretionary incentive plans).
401K: Dollar‑for‑dollar company match up to 6% of employee contributions.
Annual Incentive Plan: Eligibility to participate in AAA’s annual bonus plan.
Paid Time Off: 5.2 hours accrued every pay period during first 12 months (≈ 17 days in the first year).
Volunteer Time: 24 hours of paid volunteer time each year.

Requires a dedicated home workspace that is free of distractions/noise.
