Enterprise Logistics Technology Account Executive (Remote)
Our client builds enterprise-grade AI systems for freight operations that automates how freight is priced, negotiated, and booked. Their systems run continuously, handling carrier communications, negotiating rates, verifying compliance, and executing load transactions for brokerages and 3PLs that collectively manage over $10 billion in annual freight.
Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process - from initial discovery and technical consultation to deal close.
Build and expand relationships with senior executives (COO, VP Ops, CIO, CTO, and CEO) at brokerages and 3PLs.
Lead strategic account planning and identify opportunities for automation across multiple operational workflows.
Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and measurable adoption.
Conduct ROI-driven demos and business reviews, quantifying margin improvement and automation outcomes.
Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align roadmap priorities with customer use cases.
Represent the company at industry events and executive forums, driving visibility and pipeline within top freight organizations.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with precision - balancing short-term targets and long-term relationships.
Experience
6-10 years of experience in enterprise sales within Logistics, Freight Tech, or B2B SaaS.
Proven record of closing six- and seven-figure contracts with strategic accounts.
Strong understanding of freight brokerage and 3PL operations, including TMS workflows and carrier networks.
Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder levels - Operations, Technology, Finance, and Executive teams.
Skilled in consultative selling, ROI modeling, and managing long, technical deal cycles.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability, with strong executive presence.
