What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist dealerships and auto manufacturer employees with parts information through incoming calls
Provide directions to part warehouse locations and place orders for parts
Locate parts using an online catalog and identify necessary corrections
Conduct research to stay updated on new auto parts and offer accurate solutions
Maintain a positive attitude while managing inbound and outbound communications
What is Required (Qualifications)
One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of car and auto parts, with the ability to identify key components
Computer navigation skills and typing proficiency (minimum 35 WPM)
Must adhere to a reliable work schedule during operational hours

Passion for research and problem-solving in the automotive field
Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
