Senior Healthcare Associate – Greeter / Entry Level Phlebotomist (Lake Worth, FL 33467)
Pride Health is hiring a Greeter to support our client’s medical facility in Lake Worth, FL. This is a 6‑month contract (option for extension or conversion).
Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $17.75/hr. Pay rate $17.75/hr on W2, based on experience and education.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am–3:30 pm. Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension.
Job Requirements
Ability to handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check‑ins in the lobby through either a self‑service kiosk or handheld tablet.
Be willing to learn phlebotomy skills during downtime or breaks that need to be covered.
Once phlebotomy skills are obtained, perform with confidence both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
High level of customer service experience/skills required – this is critical to the heart of the role.
Required Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience Minimum 1–2 years of client‑facing customer service (Retail, Home Health Aide, etc.). Prior phlebotomy experience is not required. Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
This is a front‑of‑house role that will also train candidates in phlebotomy. Candidates must be willing to learn and perform phlebotomy.
