Senior Healthcare Associate – Greeter / Entry Level Phlebotomist

is hiring a Greeter to support our client’s medical facility based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
This is a 6‑month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion, an excellent entry point into a top‑tier healthcare organization.
Location:
Pinecrest, FL 33156
Duration:
6+ months contract (possibilities of extension)
Payrate:
$17.75/hr (W‑2), based on experience and educational qualifications.
Responsibilities
Handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check‑ins in the lobby through a self‑service kiosk or handheld tablet.
Be willing to learn phlebotomy skills during downtime or breaks that need to be covered.
Once phlebotomy skills are obtained, perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
Provide high‑level customer service experience; this is critical to the role.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of client‑facing customer service experience (Retail, Home Health Aide, etc.).
Required.
Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
Prior phlebotomy experience is not required.
Willingness to learn and perform phlebotomy.
Required.
