O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Insurance Company to find their next Insurance Agent. This position is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused individual with strong sales ability and excellent communication skills, capable of handling a high volume of calls and building long-term client relationships.
Insurance Agent Compensation
$22 – $23 per hour
Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM
Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2

Insurance Agent Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty license
required
Life and Health license preferred; reimbursement offered if completed
Strong sales skills with the ability to succeed in a call-heavy environment
Comfortable with both cold and warm leads
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Willing to complete a full month of training
Insurance Agent Responsibilities
Make and receive high volumes of calls, including cold and warm leads
Meet with clients in person and over the phone
Provide information on insurance products and coverage options
Assist clients with policy renewals and updates
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements
