We believe in taking great care of our clients and our clinicians. And right now, we’re looking for a therapist who’s truly passionate about working with
couples .
This isn’t just another generalist therapy role. This is for someone who loves diving into relational dynamics, sees the world through a
systemic lens , and is lit up by the work of helping couples grow, repair, and reconnect.
We're looking for someone with experience working with couples who is willing to carry a caseload of 50% couples.

Real EFT Support : We offer
weekly couples-focused group supervision/consultation
led by an
EFT-trained, soon-to-be AAMFT-approved supervisor , plus
monthly consultation with a Certified EFT Supervisor and Trainer . If you’re already trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, amazing. If not, we’ll support you in learning it.
We Handle the Referrals : You won’t have to market yourself or scramble for clients. We’ll fill your caseload with couples who are the right fit for your skillset and passions.
Tons of Clinical Support : Our supervision and consultation culture is second to none. Whether you’re just starting out or already fully licensed, you’ll have access to a variety of supervision, training, and collaborative case consultation options to keep growing.
Work-Life Balance, for Real : No overstuffed caseloads, no chaotic admin—just great therapy, flexible hours, and a hybrid schedule if you want one.
What You’ll Get:
Competitive Pay : $65k–$90K depending on licensure, caseload, and experience
Benefits That Matter : Medical/dental (BCBS), paid liability insurance, short-term disability, retirement plan with match, PTO, and a CE stipend
Admin = Handed : We manage billing, scheduling, and most of the paperwork—so you can focus on your clients, not logistics

Socially Conscious Mission : We care about equity, social justice, and environmental responsibility. As a 1% for the Planet business, we donate 1% of gross revenue to climate causes. We're also actively engaged in the process of becoming employee owned!
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a warm, thoughtful, curious therapist with
a sincere commitment to and passion for couples work
You naturally think systemically and enjoy working relationally
You either have some training in
Emotionally Focused Therapy
(EFT) or are eager to learn and grow in that model
You're licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, ALMFT, LSW) or close to it and have passed your licensure exam.
You value personal growth, professional development, and being part of a supportive team
