This is a highly visible, executive-level sales role focused on complex deals, long sales cycles, and deep customer engagement rather than transactional selling.**What you will do*** Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the **BOS portfolio** within assigned strategic accounts* Identify and develop complex, consultative sales opportunities beyond flow business* Build and strengthen **C-level (CIO, CTO, VP)** relationships and influence customer strategy* Shape customer vision and translate business needs into tailored BOS solutions* Drive account strategy, roadmap discussions, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives* Lead complex deal structuring and negotiations aligned with BOS commercial objectives* Collaborate closely with KAMs, domain sales, delivery teams, and portfolio stakeholders* Actively steer opportunities from early engagement through deal closure**The skills you bring*** Senior, executive-level sales experience in complex B2B / telecom / IT environments* **Strong BOS/BSS/OSS portfolio knowledge** (mandatory)* **Established experience with C-level customer relationships** (mandatory)* Proven success in **consultative selling** and long, complex sales cycles* Fluent **Spanish and English** (mandatory)* Willingness to travel frequently across the region* Location: Mexico CityTop skillsTelecommunicationsRequirements AnalysisData Privacy AgreementI agree that my CV can be used to identify skills and experience for job matching and application, and the recruitment team may reach out for job opportunities purposes.
