Overview

A5 Healthcare (Anders Affiliate) is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage credentialing applications and verifications for multiple facilities. The role directly supports the organization’s mission of enabling high potential achievement. Responsibilities

Manage application and verification activities, analyze application data and identify red flag or adverse information. Research and analyze credentialing documents with high attention to detail. Maintain timely communication with applicants and member organizations regarding application status and required documents. Monitor expiring credentials including DEA, state license(s), professional liability insurance and specialty board certification status. Prepare credential files for audit and submit to assigned facilities on time. Adhere to standard turnaround times and regulatory requirements (TJC, AAAHC, DNV, NCQA, CMS). Assist in developing and implementing credentialing and re‑credentialing workflows and credentialing forms. Participate in special project teams as assigned. What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of credentialing software and associated applications. Experience with credentialing verification and application audit process. Decision making guidance by general instructions and practices for moderate complexity problems. Problem analysis and interpretation of situations based on observation and general precedents. Follow policies and procedures and set priorities within general guidelines. Clear and effective communication with internal and external customers. Collaborative teamwork to improve operations. Your Qualifications

Associate Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required. 3‑5 years related credentialing experience; CPCS certification required. Experience with computer systems, web‑based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Salary

$21 — $27 USD per hour Location

Greater St. Louis, MO area. Applicants must be located within this area. Eligibility
