Job Responsibilities
Build disease awareness and collaborate with partners on patient access and reimbursement processes
Manage the sales budget and develop impactful territory plans to grow sales
Establish and maintain relationships with customers and opinion leaders in the territory
Conduct meetings and events to enhance customer engagement and support sales targets
Identify new account opportunities and monitor market evolution for growth potential
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Associate's +6 years; Master's)
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales
Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Valid driving license – category B
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales account management, preferably in the eye care pharmaceutical or medical device field
High-energy self-starter with collaborative team player attributes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Technical learning agility and willingness to challenge the status quo
