Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Respiratory Therapist located in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing respiratory care plans for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The role involves using advanced respiratory therapy techniques, engaging in cardiopulmonary monitoring, and supporting patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. The Respiratory Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, participate in continuous education, and adhere to established clinical protocols.
Qualifications
Expertise in Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Care to assess, diagnose, and treat respiratory‑related conditions
Experience with Neonatal Intensive Care and specialized respiratory treatments for newborns
Strong foundation in Medicine and Respiratory Therapy for both acute and chronic care
Ability to work effectively in a clinical team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Credentials in respiratory therapy and appropriate licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is beneficial
