Job Description
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to assist with the management of our ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Summary/Objective The ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for the coordination and day to day management of our ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Lead ERP implementation project from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience troubleshooting systems
3-4 years of prior experience in a similar role
Broad knowledge of software and hardware systems
Qualifications we seek
