What you’ll do

Lead the installation, configuration and integration of QAD ERP systems for automotive, medical, food processing clients.

Collaborate with operations teams to align ERP functionality with manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management and quality control.

Support process optimization by leveraging QAD and Redzone capabilities to improve efficiency and data transparency.

Provide technical guidance and training to end‑users, ensuring smooth adoption and system utilization.

Act as a bridge between IT and business operations, translating technical requirements into practical solutions.

Facilitate, document and manage business‑driven process identification through vendor technical specs using third‑party and proprietary process automation tools/software.

Master Data Management & Administration

Oversee the setup, validation and ongoing maintenance of master data elements—including material, routings, suppliers, customers and resources—to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the enterprise.

Establish and enforce master data governance standards, change‑control processes and documentation to support consistent and compliant system usage.

Conduct periodic data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates and compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.

Support the administration of user roles, permissions and security protocols within QAD to maintain system integrity and alignment with internal controls.

Assist with system configuration updates, environment refreshes and coordination of patches or upgrades in collaboration with IT teams.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Develop and execute test plans, including functional, integration and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and new configurations.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to data, configuration or workflow errors, ensuring minimal operational disruption.

Work with quality teams to integrate QAD capabilities with existing quality management processes (e.g., non‑conformance, corrective actions, traceability).

Document system processes, data standards and testing procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance with audit requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, workflow efficiency and overall system reliability through structured QA methodologies.

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline, Business Administration or a related field.

Experienced in QAD/Redzone ERP implementation, including installation, customization and process configuration.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes within the automotive industry.

Knowledgeable in master data structures, data governance and ERP administration best practices.

Familiarity with Redzone or similar connected workforce platforms is a plus.

Experienced in quality assurance methods, including test planning, defect tracking and system validation.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with technical, operational and quality teams.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

You are self‑motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills, especially when interacting with customers.

You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.

With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.

Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.

You are comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100% of your working time), typically Monday through Friday, depending on client and project needs.

You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
