The opportunity Our team is growing and we are now looking for a driven individual who wants to take solution-oriented sales to the next level and further broaden our reach. While the role is primarily based in Izmir, there are also opportunities to support customers in other countries.

As an Technical Sales Engineer at Beijer Electronics, your mission is to identify new potential customers, build strong relationships, and showcase the value of our solutions. You will focus on finding projects and improvement opportunities with existing customers, acting as a trusted product consultant in your field. Your sales approach will be solution-driven rather than product-focused, with a key target group being machine builders.

In this role, you will have the freedom to shape your work as long as it aligns with the company’s vision. Your days may include strategic collaboration with partners, customer visits, and organizing events such as seminars, training sessions, and technical workshops. Beyond CRM management, quotations, and follow-ups, you will also act as the crucial link between the market and our company. At Beijer, teamwork is at our core, so support is always available when needed.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role with a commercial focus

Technical knowledge in HMI, PLC, and familiarity with Codesys and Drives

Knowledge of open web technologies (OPC-UA, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

Strong expertise in both hardware and software

Experience managing customer projects and project management

A valid driver’s license

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English

Bonus qualifications

Understanding of communication solutions and digitalization

Background in the marine or manufacturing segments

Broad technical knowledge of solutions/applications

Familiarity with IFS or similar ERP systems

Experience working with CRM systems
