At Confluent Health, we are looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the organization's front liner and you will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities This is a in person position based in Louisville, KY
Starting pay $21 per hour
Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues by phone, email, and/or chat.
Audit and troubleshoot account issues via Active Directory, Office 365, and Single Sign On services.
Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
Walk customers through the problem-solving process using remote tools.
Contribute to Help Desk documentation through updates and suggestions
Qualifications Proficiency in:
Printers, Scanners, and Scan to Email setups
Basic Network Troubleshooting
Windows 10 configuration, settings, and repair
Overall general IT knowledge to help users solve IT problems.
Strong client-facing communication skills
