Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into company systems.
Prepare and organize documents for data entry.
Review and update existing records.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain organized electronic and paper files.
Qualifications
Previous data entry or related experience preferred.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry.
Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods.
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
