About Us Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Mallard Glen, located in Charlotte, NC. We’re dedicated to customer service and community elevation.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations: maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
Handle general repairs: ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prepare apartments for new tenants: create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of experience in general maintenance, basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Hands‑on: own and use basic hand and power tools, lift heavy objects, climb ladders.
HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.
Ability to perform on‑call duty rotation.
Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
