Responsibilities
Build relationships and create lifelong customers.
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain a filing system and uphold office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and maintain contact lists.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
Keep the reception area clean and clutter‑free.
Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain a professional, well‑groomed appearance.
Qualifications
Effective and clear communication abilities to colleagues and customers.
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Experience with office management systems and procedures is a plus.
