Base pay range $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Required Experience
1‑2 years of
full‑cycle customer service experience
(owning cases from start to finish)
Highly Preferred:
Bilingual in
Chinese or Korean
(Vietnamese or Spanish also considered)
Genuine interest in skincare/beauty, plus strong communication and relationship‑building skills
What You’ll Do
Provide
white‑glove customer care
across email, phone, and chat
Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
Maintain ownership of each case from first contact to full resolution
Translate marketing/product content for bilingual audiences
Build strong relationships with distributors and customers
Collaborate with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams to improve processes
