Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency. This role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally

Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner

Maintain and update customer records, logs, and reports using Microsoft Excel

Prepare basic to intermediate Excel reports (data entry, sorting, filters, formulas)

Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and speed

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or support roles preferred

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)

Strong typing speed with high accuracy

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
