We are seeking a Senior PM - Commercial & Multi Family to lead construction projects with precision and expertise. This role requires a skilled professional to manage project timelines, budgets, and teams effectively in the business services industry.
Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all phases of commercial and multi-family construction projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve project-related issues efficiently to maintain workflow.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
Profile / Qualifications
Strong project management skills within the construction industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Extensive knowledge of commercial and multi-family construction practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
