$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial projects up to $15M, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships across multiple states. The role offers $105K-$115K base salary, project bonuses, per diem, travel home, truck allowance, and a full benefits package. With decades of experience in the commercial construction industry, they are a nationally recognized general contractor known for delivering projects with precision, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship. Operating across multiple states, they partner with leading developers and clients to bring complex builds to life, ranging from retail and hospitality to office and industrial spaces.
