Job Description The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale day activities.
Responsibilities
Organize keys and file documents using internal coding and Lot numbers; upload documents to the web each sale.
Communicate with internal departments and customers for document requests such as LOLC’s, Purge Documents.
Process payments from successful bidders.
Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and ensure a safe workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in-person with customers.
Proficient with computers and ability to learn new technology and software.
Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
Friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
Team player, willing to pitch in wherever needed.
