What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face to our customers, efficiently gathering vehicle details, managing paperwork, and providing constant updates throughout the repair process. Your proactive support ensures customers receive comprehensive solutions to their queries, while your meticulous record‑keeping and adherence to safety protocols uphold our standards.

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers and gather comprehensive vehicle information.

Handle paperwork efficiently and provide regular updates during repairs.

Actively engage with customers to address their queries and concerns.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times.

Collaborate seamlessly with team members to meet company objectives.

Stay up‑to‑date on product developments to enhance customer service.

Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
