team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Access program. The CSR performs clerical and administrative duties supporting program intake and enrollment, non‑clinical screenings, service documentation, phone and client reception, scheduling, insurance verification, financial reviews, payment processing, data entry, reports, and tasks related to the Determination of Intellectual Disability in the IDD intake process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate provider appointments and manage schedules, including reminder calls to clients.
Document intake information and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record.
Process payments, insurance verification, and financial reviews for clients.
Assist in the determination of Intellectual Disability as part of the IDD intake process.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams within Williamson County.
Location:
Round Rock, TX
Hourly Salary Range:
$17.30 – $22.05 per hour
Salary Potential:
Up to $2.00 extra per hour for bilingual language skills, county designation, tenure, and a career ladder specialty.
Annual Salary:
$35,984.00 – $45,864.00 per year
Qualifications:
Valid Texas driver’s license with approved driving status.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong organizational skills and initiative.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Proficiency in entering information into an electronic health record.
Calmness in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable working with clients and families in crisis.
Ability to collaborate with adult, child/youth, crisis, intake, respite units and contractors.
Fluent in English; bilingual skills preferred.
Experience in a person‑centered medical, hospital or LMHA setting with front desk and financial assessment experience preferred.
Knowledge of commercial and government insurance processes preferred.
