Responsibilities
Conduct high‑level complex research, collection, and analysis of programmatic and housing data.
Develop program plans, materials, regulations, and policy recommendations for federally funded programs.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert in U.S. Housing and Urban Development programs including the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), HOME American Rescue Plan Program (HOME‑ARP) Rental Housing, and the HOME‑ARP Housing Plus Support Program.
Design and implement federally funded affordable housing programs, including development and revision of program guidelines governing the use and requirements of the federal housing programs.
Collaborate with units responsible for issuance of Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA), application review, underwriting, and loan closings.
Ensure HUD grant closeout, monitor fiscal integrity of all programs, and report goals and outcomes of all programs.
Qualifications Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s).
