What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform a wide range of administrative duties supporting residential, commercial, and industrial title processes
Create and maintain files, records, and reports; monitor and track workflow
Respond to inquiries and gather information to resolve issues and complete the title process
Communicate information and prepare documentation and reports for internal and external groups
Act as a liaison to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of title industry experience
Experience in commercial title processes
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
Strong detail orientation and customer service orientation
Previous experience in a production center or branch office setting
