What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform a wide range of administrative duties supporting residential, commercial, and industrial title processes
Create and maintain files, records, and reports; monitor and track workflow
Respond to inquiries and gather information to resolve issues and complete the title process
Communicate information effectively and prepare documentation and reports
Act as a liaison between internal and external groups to coordinate title process completion
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of title industry experience
Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Commercial experience in the title industry
Strong detail orientation and ability to exercise good judgment
