Pay Range $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr (amount may vary based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
Check‑in and check‑out of guests, including guests’ pets
Provide a warm welcome to human and pet guests
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas
Schedule guest stays and update reservation records
Complete file maintenance and data entry tasks
Escort pets to and from their rooms
Qualifications Skills Required
Love of animals
Professional manner at all times
Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
Capability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more
Standing/walking for eight hours a day
Fast‑paced environment adaptability
Computer proficiency
Comfort handling leashed dogs and exposure to disinfectants and animal dander
Essential Job Functions
Greet all human and pet guests
Identify animal body language and behaviour accurately
Follow safe handling procedures
Provide excellent customer service during check‑in and check‑out
Escort pets to and from their rooms
Take reservations over the phone
Work both independently and as a team player
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
Communicate with management and team members
Required Education
High School Graduate or Equivalent
At least 1 year of professional animal experience
Seniority Level Entry level
