The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey: efficient order fulfillment, safe loading, expert product recommendations, and tailored delivery solutions.
Build & maintain professional relationships with Pro customers.
Proactively drive sales using product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics.
Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
Support store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, depending on customer need.
