Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
Specialize in supporting our vast closet solutions.
Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Report directly to the Branch Manager.
Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes.
Assist walk‑in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement.
Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone and in the showroom.
Research product solutions to solve field‑project issues.
Work Monday to Friday during day shift; flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
May require lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to or more than 50 pounds and working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.
What We Are Looking For
Related experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of closet design, closet components, or building materials is a plus.
Developed customer service, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Team‑oriented with initiative.
Strong sense of drive and creativity.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
High school graduate; some college courses preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks.
