Job Function Management and Manufacturing (Motor Vehicle Manufacturing)

Description As a member of the polish team, you will perform polish work on exterior vehicle parts or components, as well as complete finished vehicles.

Essential Job Functions

Inspect vehicle or parts after painting and spot defects such as dirt nibs, runs, fisheyes, or craters.

Sand down defects using proper tools and sandpaper to remove defects and polish those areas back to proper standards, without burning through paint.

Reinspect vehicles or parts to ensure no defects, scratches or blemishes remain.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.

Experience working in automotive polishing.

Required Skills

Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow-up and execution of required tasks.

High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to assist peers, teach, and help out as well as exude flexibility.
