Pay Range Base pay: $16.90/hr – $18.59/hr (part‑time). Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist the team in completing tasks and maintaining teamwork.
Adhere to AEO policies, procedures, and integrity standards.
Qualifications
Energetic people person with passion for fashion.
Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
At least 16 years of age.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
