Our flagship showroom on Oakland Park Blvd spans 15,000 square feet and features a wide range of kitchen and bathroom vignettes, decorative plumbing and hardware, lighting, tile and stone, and architectural products.
We are dedicated to providing the finest kitchen and bath remodeling services with a customer-centric focus. Our showrooms are open Monday through Saturday.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Showroom Consultant located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Showroom Consultant will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining extensive product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting products, offering design solutions, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and functional.
Qualifications
Must have prior experience with Product Knowledge in Plumbing and Decorative Hardware with Showroom experience
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in interior design or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in design or related field is beneficial
