Role Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will bring our brand to life every day, provide an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty, and represent our values.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need with a friends-first mindset.
Educate guests on product details and suggest fit product options.
Introduce AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist team in getting the job done.
Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Full energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
Love AE & Aerie products.
Retail experience preferred.
At least 16 years of age.
