Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and services.

Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales and service consultations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling to ensure a smooth dealership experience.

Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates, confirm appointments, and enhance satisfaction.

Collaborate with sales and other dealership departments to improve overall customer experience.

Stay knowledgeable about dealership products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.

Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers.

Perform additional duties as needed to support dealership operations.

Requirements

Previousautomotive BDC,sales, orcustomer serviceexperience is highly preferred, but not required.

Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis.

Energetic, personable, and motivated self-starter with a passion for customer satisfaction and success.

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Familiarity with vehicle pricing, availability, and sales appointment scheduling.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
