What You'll Do As our Sous Chef, you’ll be a key player in the heart of our operation, ensuring every plate, process, and person reflects Concord’s standards.
Train and mentor associates on culinary techniques, recipes, and plate presentation
Build clear, effective schedules and promote open communication
Ensure your team has the tools they need to perform their best
Proactively address and resolve kitchen challenges
Participate in departmental meetings, inventory control, and MOD responsibilities
Uphold food quality and consistency by ensuring recipes and timelines are followed
Support operational goals that boost efficiency and profitability
Supervise kitchen, utility, and sanitation staff in the absence of the Executive Chef
Maintain accurate recipe files, production logs, and payroll submissions
What You Bring
Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred
Strong culinary foundation with knowledge of food prep, plating, and operations
Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
